As part of the flagship of the Tunisian economy, SAH Group, specialized in the production of hygienic articles, was founded in 1994 by Ms. Jalila Mezni and Mr. Mounir El Jayez. With their dexterity and managerial know-how, they have ensured an undeniable notoriety and have gained the trust of their trading and financial partners.1994

SAH Group Companies and subsidiaries :

SAH Group has a strong presence in the Maghreb, through the implantation of industrial and commercial units, enabling it to consolidate its leadership position.

SAH Tunisia :

SAH Tunisia is a company specialized in the production of hygienic, paramedical, and cosmetic articles. It was founded in 1994 by Ms. Jalila Mezni and Mr. El Jayez. The company holds a share capital of 65.345.762 Tunisian Dinars. SAH Tunisia is endowed with a strong brand image and a well-established direct distribution network throughout the Tunisian territory.

SAH Algeria :

SAH Algeria is a company under Algerian law created in February 2007 with a capital of 564 million Algerian Dinars (11,6 million Tunisian Dinars). This industrial subsidiary started off in 2009 with the production of a baby hygiene line. In 2012, it started the production of paper tissues and napkins.

SAH Distribution Algeria :

SAHD Algeria is a limited liability company under Algerian law created in February 2010 with a capital of 40 million Algerian Dinars (0,8 million Tunisian Dinars). It ensures the distribution of the complementary Lilas product lines not manufactured by SAH Algeria. These are mainly products of the hygiene segment for adults and women's healthcare.

SAH Libya :

SAH Libya is a joint venture under Libyan law created in March 2009 with a current capital of 4,2 million Libyan dinars (5,4 million Tunisian Dinars). The company’s core business consists in the production of napkins, paper dispensers and sanitary pads.

SAH Morocco :

SAH is a single- shareholder limited liability company under Moroccan law created in February 2010 with a capital of 2,5 million Moroccan Dirham (0,4 million Tunisian Dinars). Its core business consists importing and marketing the Lilas range throughout the Moroccan territory.

Azur Paper :

Located in Zriba, Azur Paper was created in 2009 and went into production in 2013. It has a current capital of 18 million Tunisian dinars with a total investment of about 65 million dinars. It ensures the supply of cellulose wadding for the SAH group. This company was created with a view to strengthening the paper independence of the group’s industry.

SAH Ivory Coast :

SAH Ivory Coast is a company under Ivorian law created in March 2016 with a current capital of 1,560 billion CFA franc. This industrial subsidiary is based in the industrial zone Aboisso - BP 312 Aboisso, Ivory Coast. SAH IC started off with a factory for the manufacture of baby nappies, sanitary pads, cleaning wipes, and hygienic paper.

Azur Detergents

The company was created in 2017 by Mrs. Jalila Mezni and Mr. El Jayez. It has a share capital of 40.430.000 Tunisian Dinars. Azur Detergents offers a varied and evolving panel of products which fall into three major groups :

• Bleach (classic and scented)
• Liquids (laundry gel for automatic machine wash, liquid for hand wash and semi-automatic machine wash, fabric softener, dishwashing liquid, floor and surface cleaning agent, multi-purpose cleaner, deodorizer)
• Powders (washing powder for automatic machine wash, washing powder for semi-automatic machine wash and hand washing).

All the Azur Detergents products follow an exclusively Tunisian production chain which proceeds according to a well- studied and reliable process in the pursuit of its customers’ satisfaction. Thus, the factory based in the industrial zone Zriba is well-equipped with high-tech machinery. It has 3 units, each specialized in the production of a product line. The fourth unit is dedicated to the manufacture of the brand’s own caps and bottles.

SAH Senegal :

SAH Senegal is a company under Senegalese law created in June 2018 with a current capital of 1.280.000 CFA Franc. This industrial subsidiary is based at Lot N°4 Zone Artisanale Mbao Km 16,5 - DAKAR.
